Standard Modular Battery Pack BP-1

Designed as a low-range economical power source for any high-voltage EV application. Completely sealed, intrinsically safe, water-resistant design tested in real-world driving conditions, the BP-1 battery pack is ideal as a modular solution for any EV need. Simply add modules as needed to achieve the desired voltage and KWH rating for longer drive ranges and operational times.

All sealed battery packs meet stringent testing guidelines designed to simulate different driving and road conditions. Aponi installation of battery packs and all EV drive components meets D.O.T. safety standards and ensures vehicle operational stability and crash test safety guidelines matching manufacturers' factory specifications.

AP-1 Basic

Excellent for most conversions from gas to electric light duty vehicles with GVWR of no more than 6000lbs. Replaces internal combustion engine with safe, waterproof vehicle operation tested under normal driving conditions.

Not all conversions receive a transmission drive system. Most vehicle conversions will receive a component system designed specifically for the intended vehicle, utilizing either an adapted transmission motor system using Aponi drive motors or without transmission altogether, depending on vehicle load/usage. Built around the AP-1 Basic motor, the drive system consists of a heavy duty gearbox and shaft attachment with power ratio custom gears designed to meet the specifications of the converted vehicle.

All installed components come with a 1 year warranty on part and workmanship and installation. Your converted vehicle goes through a 50 point inspection and is tested for programming, installation fit, voltage test, grounding, switches, and all D.O.T. operational guidelines to maintain all non-converted components work as received.
